Procurement of a panel of auditors/external audit firms to render internal audit services for Merafong City Local Municipality (MCLM) for three years. Suitable for established audit firms with municipal internal-audit experience and compliance capabilities (CSD registration and tax clearance).

Requirements

• Minimum score: 70/100 to proceed; evaluation in stages: compliance, then functionality.
• 80/20 preference points: 80 for price, 20 for specific goals.
• CSD registration with a current (not older than 3 months) CSD report.
• Municipal rates and taxes accounts for company and directors on CK; or lease agreement with 3 months of bank proof if not in names.
• Certified copies of IDs for all shareholders/owners/partners on CK forms.
• CK1 company registration documents.
• Valid tax pin certificate.
• Proof of bid document purchase (receipt) and submission of original bid documents.
• Disclosures: any family/business relationships with government officials; ownership interests in related companies.
• Bids valid for 90 working days.
• Late, incomplete, unsigned, pencil-filled, faxed, or electronic submissions will not be accepted.
