Appointment of a panel of consulting engineering service providers to deliver professional civil engineering services for Gamagara Local Municipality, for a period of three years as and when required. It targets civil/municipal infrastructure planning, design, documentation and construction supervision under the Engineering Professions Act. Bidders should have ECSA-registered key personnel (PrEng or PrTechEng) and provide evidence of public-sector project experience, plus professional indemnity insurance (minimum R10 million).

Requirements

• Score at least 70/100 for Functionality (Quality).
• Key personnel must be ECSA-registered (PrEng/PrTechEng) with supporting CVs (Schedule 2).
• Provide Schedule 1 (Experience) and Schedule 3 (Approach Paper); include reference letters.
• Professional Indemnity Insurance not less than R10 million (or undertaking to obtain before allocation).
• Central Supplier Database registration (not older than 3 months).
• B-BBEE Status Level of Contributor certificate.
• If a Joint Venture, submit JV agreement and designate a single entity for the contract.
• Ensure compliance with bid conditions (no correction fluid; authority of signatory).
