Overview

Procurement of a panel of Environmental Management Service Providers to MMSEZ SOC Ltd to deliver multidisciplinary environmental management services on an as‑and‑when‑required basis for 36 months. The open-tender targets environmental professionals/agencies capable of EIA/permits, biodiversity, water, heritage, monitoring, regulatory liaison, ECO services, GIS, and related advisory work across MMSEZ projects (Limpopo). Requirements

• Relevant tertiary qualifications in Environmental Science/Management, Ecology, Hydrology, Geography, Environmental Engineering or related fields; SACNASP/EAPASA or equivalent registration where applicable; professional registrations must be current.
• Minimum 10 years’ experience in environmental management, assessments, permitting/licensing, monitoring/auditing and advisory services for infrastructure/industrial projects; demonstrated capability across permitting (EAs, WULAs, WMLs, TOPS, etc.).
• Availability of multidisciplinary specialists including ECO, GIS/spatial and environmental information management, and regulatory liaison capability.
• Ability to provide comprehensive scope across planning, authorisations, biodiversity, water resources, heritage, monitoring, audits, sustainability, and climate/change services.
• Bidders must provide reference letters (up to 5) and demonstrate company profile with years of experience; minimum 70% functionality threshold; 100-point evaluation with 80/20 price-goals split; specific goals evidence (Black ownership, Women, Youth, etc.).
• Compliance requirements include Tax Compliance PIN, CSD registration if no TCS, and B-BBEE documentation; mandatory disclosure under SSA/State rules.
• Documentation must be recent (within last 6 months) and may be validated; non-compliance may lead to disqualification.
