Appointment of a panel of forensic investigation service providers for the period 1 July 2027 up to 30 June 2030. Drakenstein Municipality invites qualified bidders with forensic investigation capabilities to bid for a panel-based arrangement covering 1 July 2027 to 30 June 2030.

Requirements

• Bidders must be registered on Drakenstein Municipality’s supplier database.
• Tax status requirements per MBD 1 (Part B) must be complied with; tax compliant at award date.
• Bids must be submitted in a sealed envelope clearly marked with the bid number and placed in Tender Box 1 before closing time.
• Functionality is applicable; minimum 70 points to be considered for evaluation.
• Bids must remain valid for at least 180 days after closing.
• Procurement uses an 80/20 Preferential Procurement System. Physical documents require a non-refundable fee of R450; electronic documents are free.
