APPOINTMENT OF A PANEL OF GROCERY SERVICE PROVIDERS FOR A PERIOD OF 36 MONTHS to supply and deliver groceries to the CETA Gauteng office. Bidders with grocery, stationery and consumables experience, stock management, and delivery logistics should bid. Key prerequisites include registration on the National Treasury Central Supplier Database (CSD), tax compliance, BBBEE status, and ability to provide a detailed delivery plan and reference letters.

Requirements

• Register on the National Treasury CSD and prove tax compliance at award.
• If a Joint Venture, attach a signed JV agreement, CSD for JV members, completed SBD4s, and a BBBEE certificate.
• Complete and sign SBD 1, 4, 6.1, 7.1 and GCC; provide original BBBEE status or sworn affidavit.
• Provide Schedule 1–5 documents (CSD proof, bank letter, reference letters, BBBEE certificate, completed SBDs).
• Subcontracting rules apply (more than 25% to non-qualifying subcontractors may affect scoring).
• Submit five or more reference letters; verify letters for authenticity.
• Stock, delivery and damage policies include 5–10 day delivery windows, and replacements within 48 hours for defects.
• Bid responses include no upfront financial offer; panel allocations are on a rotational, as-needed basis.

• Deadline: 22 July 2026 at 11:00; submissions must be hand-delivered to CETA Head Office, Noordwyk, with tender register signed (courier seal noted).
• Format: one original hard copy and one unlocked USB containing all documents.
• Documents to submit: CSD proof, bank letter, reference letters, BBBEE proof, SBD 1/4/6.1/7.1 and GCC.
• Pre-qualifications: CSD and SARS tax compliance (PIN/TCS); JV or subcontractor documentation if applicable.
