APPOINTMENT OF A PANEL OF MAXIMUM THREE (3) SERVICES PROVIDERS FOR AUTO ELECTRICAL WORKS AND SUPPLY OF AUTO ELECTRICAL COMPONENTS INCLUDING BATTERIES FOR THE MUNICIPAL FLEET FOR A PERIOD OF 24 MONTHS. The Steve Tshwete Local Municipality seeks auto electrical service providers and parts suppliers to form a panel for ongoing fleet work.

Requirements

• Copy of company registration certificate (CK) – Compulsory
• Copy of current municipal account not in arrears for 3 months (or lease agreement) – Compulsory
• Joint Venture Agreement – Compulsory (JV must be registered on CSD)
• Valid COIDA/workers’ compensation registration – Compulsory
• Proof of Retail Motor Industry registration – Compulsory
• All bid forms completed in full – Compulsory
• Registered on Central Supplier Database (CSD) – No awards to those not registered
• Not in the service of the state; if not a natural person, directors/managers/stakeholders must not be in state service; not an advisor or consultant contracted with the municipality
• Tax compliance status PIN – Non-compulsory
• Full CSD report – Non-compulsory
