Overview

Procurement of a panel of national tertiary institutions to provide structured learning programmes for 36 months. National tertiary institutions (public or private) with SAQA registration, HET certificate, CHE/HEQC accreditation, and DHET registration; all relevant bid forms completed. Requirements

• Proof of SAQA registration, HET Certificate, CHE/HEQC accreditation
• Proof of institutional status (public or private)
• Proof of DHET registration
• Tax Compliance status pin (SARS)
• Current municipal account (not older than 3 months) or acceptable alternative
• Valid CSD summary report
• All required forms fully completed: MBD3.1, Form of Offer, MBD4, MBD6.1, MBD8, MBD9, Resolution of Board of Directors
• Evaluation: MFMA SCM Regulation 28(1)(b); 80 points for price, 20 for specific goals (race, disability, youth, woman, locality) per policy
