Overview

Appointment of a Panel of Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) Professional Service Providers to provide OHS management services to MMSEZ on an as-and-when-required basis for 36 months. Bidders should be SACPCMP-registered OHS professionals (CHSA/CHSM/CHSO) with infrastructure/construction project experience and be able to deliver CHSA, regulatory compliance, audits, risk management, and advisory services.

Requirements

• Minimum 10 years relevant experience in OHS professional services, CHSA, compliance monitoring, and construction management on infrastructure/industrial projects.
• SACPCMP registrations for key roles (CHSA, CHSM, CHSO) and proof of registration; organize CVs and qualifications for key personnel.
• Qualified personnel with appropriate tertiary degrees in OHS, construction management, risk and safety management, plus availability of suitably qualified specialists.
• Demonstrated knowledge of the Occupational Health and Safety Act, Construction Regulations, and related legislation; experience in contractor management and project support.
• Submission of required documents: company profile, organogram, CVs of proposed leaders, certified qualifications, proof of SACPCMP registrations, reference letters, IDs, and proof of membership with relevant SA professional bodies; Tax Compliance Status (PIN) and, if applicable, CSD/Tax documentation.
• Pricing: complete the Pricing Schedule (SBD 3.3) with detailed rates, man-days, and travel/other expenses; indicate whether rates are firm for the contract period.
• Compliance with PPPFA GCC, and related forms (SBD 1, SBD 4, SBD 6.1) as part of the bid submission.
• Minimum functionality threshold: bidders must score at least 70/100 in the functionality evaluation (refer to the bid’s evaluation criteria).
