Overview

Appointment of a panel of professional (Information, Communication and Technology) co-sourced internal audit for Nkangala District Municipality and its locals for a period of three (3) years. Suitable bidders are ICT internal audit professionals, with memberships in good standing of ISACA or IIA (or equivalent), able to operate on a panel basis, and capable of providing professional indemnity and POPI-compliant services. Requirements

• Personnel must be members in good standing of ISACA or IIA (or equivalent).
• Provide Professional Indemnity Insurance (minimum R50,000).
• Comply with tax and supplier registration requirements (SARS TCS PIN; CSD if no TCS).
• If a consortium/joint venture, provide a joint-venture agreement and designate lead signatory; joint liability obligations apply.
• Returnable documents: complete all compulsory bid documents (A, B, C–M) and returnables (O–U) for evaluation (see Form C–N and related schedules).
• Foreign suppliers must complete pre-award Questionnaires; CIDB verification may be required.
