Overview

APPOINTMENT OF A PANEL OF PROFESSIONAL (SUPPLY CHAIN MANAGEMENT) CO-SOURCED INTERNAL AUDIT FOR NKANGALA DISTRICT MUNICIPALITY AND ITS LOCALS FOR A PERIOD OF THREE (03) YEARS. Bidders with internal audit/Supply Chain Management expertise and relevant professional registrations, e.g., ACCA, SAICA, or IIA, are invited. Must provide professional indemnity cover and meet tax/compliance verifications.

Requirements

• Personnel must be members in good standing of ACCA, SAICA, IIA or equivalent.
• Provide Professional Indemnity Insurance (valid cover or letter of intent) to R50,000.
• Tax compliance: SARS PIN/TCS; if foreign, complete Part B:3 questionnaire; separate TCS for each JV/partner; CSD number if no TCS.
• Returnable documents must be fully completed (Compulsory Bid Documents, Forms B–N, O–U as applicable) and signed.
• Clarification meeting attendance (mandatory) and submission on official tender documents.
• Ensure confidentiality and POPI compliance; obtain requisite authorisations.
