APPOINTMENT OF A PANEL OF RECRUITMENT AGENCIES FOR A PERIOD OF THREE (3) YEARS

Overview

Appointment of a panel of recruitment agencies for a period of three years. SABS invites experienced recruitment/HR service providers to bid to establish a panel for on-demand recruitment, headhunting, advertising, screening, background checks, offer management and psychometric assessments over 36 months. Bidders should have APSO registration, CSD registration, a valid tax clearance, BBBEE certification, and be able to provide a placement-fee-based pricing model (Appendix I). Proposals are due 16 November 2026 at 11:00 via electronic submission to Tenders.elvis@sabs.co.za (PDF, max 14MB). Enquiries to Elvis.lebepe@sabs.co.za. Requirements

• Demonstrated recruitment/HR services experience with a company profile and CVs for core team; detailed references; APSO registration.
• Current APSO registration/membership in good standing.
• Central Supplier Database (CSD) registration with a CSD report; proof of banking details for international suppliers if applicable; tax clearance; BBBEE documentation.
• Signed non-disclosure and SABS terms; transfer of IP rights to SABS.
• Pricing: provide placement-fee percentage (Appendix I).
