Requirements

• Certified copy of SACPLAN registration certificate
• Valid SARS Tax Clearance status pin
• CK company registration documents
• Certified copies of company owner IDs (not older than 3 months)
• Proof of municipal rates payment or lease agreement or letter from traditional authority (for non-ratable areas)
• Central Supplier Database (CSD) report/registration
• Bid responses valid for 90 days after closing date
• NB: A copy of a certified copy will not be accepted
