Overview

Appointment of a panel of service providers for the provision of travel, accommodation and related services for EMLM for a period of three (03) years. Suitable bidders include travel management companies or corporate travel agencies with capacity to arrange domestic and international travel, hotels, and related services for a local municipality, and able to operate under public-sector procurement rules.

Requirements

• Bid documents available from 17 September 2026; offices open 08:00–16:00, at 25-27 Owen Street, Queenstown (payment of non-refundable fee).
• Bid price score: PPPFA 80/20; BBBEE 10 points; Specific goals 10 points.
• Non-refundable bid document fee: R300.00.
• Bid submissions in sealed envelopes clearly marked with bid number and project name; deposit in the bid box by 12:00 on closing date.
• Bids will be opened in public.
• Bid validity: 122 days.

How to Apply

• Obtain bid documents from the Supply Chain Management offices at 25-27 Owen Street, Queenstown, from 17 September 2026 (08:00–16:00) (see attached advert file: ADVERT- TRAVELLING AGENT.pdf..pdf).
• Pay the non-refundable bid fee of R300 (cash or EFT as directed in the advert) and collect the documents.
• Submit the completed bid documents in a sealed envelope by 12:00 on 16 October 2026 to the Budget and Treasury bid box; ensure they are labeled with the bid number and project name.
• Bids are opened publicly on the closing date.
