Overview

Appointment of a panel of service providers for procurement of logistical requirements for OB productions (scaffolding, catering, marquees, security, drones and mobile toilets) for a period of 3 years. This is open to suppliers who can provide one or more services across SA provinces; bidders must meet B-BBEE, tax, TV license and related pre-qualifications and be able to operate regionally.

Requirements

• SARS PIN to validate tax matters; comply with tax status checks.
• Original or certified BBBEE certificate (SANAS) or annual sworn affidavit for EMEs and 51% black-owned QSEs.
• Proof of valid TV license for company, shareholders and directors, or an affidavit.
• Certified copies of company registration, shareholders’ certificates, and IDs of directors/members.
• Last three years audited/reviewed financial statements or management accounts.
• Proof of registration on the Central Supplier Database (CSD).
• Declaration on local content percentage (where applicable) with supporting documentation.
• Compliance with SABC policies, including BBBEE requirements and anti-corruption provisions.
• Bid validity: 180 days from closing date (documented in the RFP). (see Document B)

• Pre-qualifications: ensure you can demonstrate regional capability and compliance; post-bid negotiations may occur.
