Overview

APPOINTMENT OF A PANEL OF SERVICE PROVIDERS FOR THE DELIVERY AND CONSTRUCTION OF ALTERNATIVE SANITATION TECHNOLOGY FOR UPGRADING OF INFORMAL SETTLEMENTS AND BUCKET ERADICATION PROGRAMME IN MANGAUNG METROPOLITAN MUNICIPALITY. This tender targets professional engineers with CIDB grading 6CE/5CE or higher (PE or Higher) and related sanitation/construction service providers to deliver and construct alternative sanitation solutions under Mangaung’s bucket eradication programme.

Requirements

• CIDB grading: 6CE/5CE or higher (PE or higher).
• Intern/learnership commitment: 1% of contract value set aside for employment of interns/learnerships.
• Evaluation: 80 points for price, 20 points for specific goals.
• Mandatory briefing session (attend to qualify).
• Bidders must purchase bid documents and submit bids under the same company name used to purchase documents.
• Documents available as hard copies from Supply Chain Management Offices; submissions are via electronic submission.
• Availability of documents and submission details are governed by the bid bulletin referenced (BIDS BULLETIN NO 217).
