Appointment of a panel of service providers for the implementation and support of the Peo Pele Youth Fund, Amavulandlela Fund for People With Disabilities, Imbali for Her Fund and Construction Development Fund programmes for the period of thirty-six (36) months. Open to professional services firms with capabilities in programme management, outreach, investment-readiness, due diligence, post‑investment support, monitoring and evaluation, training, and related advisory services.

Requirements

• Compliance with SBD forms (SBD 1, SBD 4, SBD 6.1), Tax Compliance Status, B-BBEE certification, CSD registration, and CIPC company details.
• CIDB registration if applying for Construction Development Fund; minimum references for applicable funds (e.g., construction references for Construction Development Fund; disability-focused business development references for Amavulandlela).
• COIDA Good Standing; staff must be South African citizens; due diligence and KYC checks.
• Functionality threshold of at least 70/100; mandatory and capability criteria across references, methodology, team, and CVs.
• Price and specific goals evaluation under an 80/20 preference system (80 for price, 20 for specific goals: Youth, Rural, Township, City, enterprise size).
• Service delivery under a Panel Utilisation framework with rotation and SLAs.
