Overview

Appointment of a panel of service providers for the provision of Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning and Refrigeration supply, delivery, installation, commissioning, test-run and maintenance services for a period of 36 months as and when required. This opportunity targets HVACR contractors with CIDB grading 6 ME PE/6 EB PE/6 EP PE or higher, and requires VAT compliance. Firms capable of multi-discipline HVACR maintenance and capex-style support should consider bidding.

Requirements

• CIDB Grading: 6 ME PE/6 EB PE/6 EP PE or higher (from the attached tender advert) (see TENDER ADVERT FOR AUGUST.pdf..pdf).
• VAT Act compliance.
• Adherence to the 80/20 price/qualifying goals evaluation (designated goals 20 points; price 80 points) as per the municipality’s policy (designated goals and price split specified in the tender advert).
• Bid submissions must be deposited by the closing time or sent via courier; late or non-delivered tenders will not be accepted (documented in the tender advert).
