• Central Supplier Database (CSD) full report.
• Detailed Pricing Schedule (pricing on official forms; SBD 3.1 must align with SBD 1).
• Bank details for payments.
• Evidence of past experience and references for similar legal work.
• Functionality threshold of 70% to progress to price evaluation; evaluation uses 80/20 (price) and 20 points for specific goals; locality points apply.
