Overview

Appointment of a panel of service providers to provide structural civil, plumbing, construction and maintenance services for municipal buildings as and when required, for 36 months. Eligible bidders are reputable service providers with CIDB grading 6 CE PE/6 GB PE/6 EP PE or higher, and demonstrated capacity in municipal building works, in compliance with the VAT Act.

Requirements

• CIDB grading: 6 CE PE / 6 GB PE / 6 EP PE or higher.
• Compliance with the VAT Act.
• Proven experience in structural civil, plumbing, construction and maintenance works for municipal buildings.
• Evaluation uses 80/20 price/preference (80 price, 20 Msukaligwa designated goals) per policy.
