Overview

Appointment of a panel of service providers for the provision of travel agency services for a period of three years. Travel agencies with corporate registrations and public-sector travel management experience should bid, including those with CSD registration, tax clearance, and standard company documentation.

Requirements

• CSD registration and a supplier report not older than 3 months
• Municipal accounts for rates and taxes for the company and directors on CK; if not in names, provide lease with three months’ proof of payment
• Certified copies of IDs for all shareholders/owners/partners named on CK forms
• Copies of Company Registration documents (CK1)
• Valid tax PIN certificate
• Disclosure of any family/business relationships with government officials and any other ownership in related companies
• Receipt as proof of bid document purchase
• Evaluation uses 80/20 scoring (80 price, 20 preferences) and minimum 70/100 to proceed to next stage

• Submission method: sealed envelope placed in Bid Box 1, Revenue Section, Cnr Halite and Gold Street, Carletonville; bids opened publicly after submission (hours 07:30–16:00)
• Documents to submit: completed bid documents, proof of purchase receipt, and all required certifications (CSD report, rates clearance, CK docs, IDs, CK1, tax PIN)
• Pre-qualifications: CSD registration; tax PIN; municipal accounts or lease arrangements as specified
