APPOINTMENT OF A PANEL OF SERVICE PROVIDERS FOR THE PROVISION OF WASTE REAR END LOADER COMPACTORS FOR THE MERAFONG CITY LOCAL MUNICIPALITY FOR A PERIOD OF THREE YEARS.

Overview

The procurement is the appointment of a panel of service providers for the provision of waste rear end loader compactors for the Merafong City Local Municipality for a period of three years. Bidders should be service providers with experience in supplying waste collection equipment, and meet the bid’s qualification and documentation requirements.

Requirements

• Minimum functionality threshold: 70/100 to proceed to the next evaluation stage.
• Evaluation: 80/20 preference points (80 for price, 20 for specific goals).
• Compliance: late/incomplete/submitted documents not accepted; bids valid for 90 working days.
• Documentation (CK and statutory): CSD report; municipal rates/taxes for company and directors; certified IDs for all owners/partners; CK1 company registration documents.
• Other: disclose any family/business ties with government officials and any other related ownership interests.
