Overview

The tender seeks to appoint a panel of service providers for the supply and delivery of cleaning materials for a period of three years. It targets cleaning-material suppliers/distributors; bidders must meet compliance requirements (CSD, tax, company registrations) and hold relevant credentials to supply municipal cleaning materials over a 3-year term.

Requirements

• CSD registration and a CSD report not older than 3 months.
• Municipal rates and taxes clearance for the company and directors (CK) or lease agreement with 3 months’ bank proof if the account is not in the directors’ names.
• Certified copies of IDs for all shareholders/owners/partners on CK forms.
• CK1 company registration documents.
• Valid tax PIN certificate.
• Proof of bid document purchase (receipt) and compliance with bid conditions.
• Disclosure of any family/business relationships with government officials and any interests in related companies.
• Evaluation uses an 80/20 price/Specific goals split; minimum 70/100 to proceed to the next stage (see attached BID NOTICE).

• Method: sealed envelope; deposit in Bid Box 1, 07:30–16:00, at the Revenue Section, Cnr Halite and Gold Streets, Carletonville; public opening thereafter.
• Documents to submit: completed bid documents, proof of payment of the non-refundable fee (R 1 322.62), and the required registration/qualification documents listed above (see BID NOTICE).
• Registrations/pre-qualifications: CSD registration with current report; tax PIN; municipal rates clearance; CK1; IDs; and proof of bid fee.
