Overview

Appointment of a panel of service providers for the supply and delivery of materials for Merafong City Local Municipality for a period of three years. This opportunity targets suppliers of construction and general materials capable of nationwide delivery to the municipality.

Requirements

• Must be registered on the CSD database with a CSD report.
• Provide municipal rates and taxes accounts for the company and directors listed on CK; or a lease agreement with three months’ bank proof if not in the name of the directors.
• Certified copies of IDs for all shareholders/owners/partners listed on CK forms.
• Copies of CK1 company registration documents.
• Proof of purchase of the bid document (receipt) attached to the bid submission.
