Overview

Procurement of a panel of service providers for the supply, delivery and installation of plotters and multifunction plotters (wide format printers) for the City of Cape Town. Suitable for suppliers with proven experience in wide format printers, including delivery, installation, after-sales support and compliance with public-sector SCM requirements.

Requirements

• Compliance with the City’s SCM Policy and all contractual specifications; no abuse of SCM system.
• Demonstrated track record and experience in supplying/ delivering/ installing wide format printers; minimum functionality score of 60 (Track Record and Experience criteria).
• Evidence via Schedule F13A (delivery/installation data) and Schedule F13B (references); minimum of 1–2 referees for points, 3+ for higher.
• Tax/compliance: SARS Tax Compliance Status, supplier registration on CCT Supplier Database and on the National Treasury CSD; declarations on conflicts of interest, ethics, and related confirmations.
• Health and safety requirements: compliance with Occupational Health and Safety Act; may require a Health and Safety Plan on request.
• Other: signed forms for independence, declarations of interest, deviations, and bid validity (as applicable in the tender package).
