APPOINTMENT OF A PANEL OF SERVICE PROVIDERS FOR THE SUPPLY, DELIVERY AND INSTALLATION OF SWIMMING POOL PUMPS AND FILTERS ON AS AND WHEN REQUIRED IN THE KRUGER NATIONAL PARK FOR THE PERIOD OF THREE (3) YEARS.

Overview

Appointment of a panel of service providers for the supply, delivery and installation of swimming pool pumps and filters in Kruger National Park for three years. Open to bidders with CIDB contractor grading of 3ME or higher; 2ME Emerging Enterprises may bid if they meet criteria stated in the Tender Data.

Requirements

• CIDB grading: 3ME+ required; 2ME for Potentially Emerging Enterprises meeting criteria.
• Tax compliance: SARS PIN/TCS; where applicable, CSD registration; separate TCS for consortium/JV/sub-contractors.
• Returnable documents: Standard Bidding Documents (SBDs) completed; pricing schedules; etc.
• B-BBEE: compliance evidence (e.g., B-BBEE Level certification or sworn affidavit for EMEs/QSEs).
• Compliance with contract framework: GCC and any special conditions; standard Terms and Conditions of Contract for Services; signing of contract form (SBD7) if awarded.
• Submission format: bids must be on official forms, black ink; no fax or email submissions.
• Validity: bid proposals must remain valid for 83 days after closing date.
• Registration: compliance with Central Supplier Database (CSD) mandatory; if no TCS, provide CSD number.
