Appointment of a Panel of Service Providers to Provide Advertising Services, Response Handling, Head-hunting and Competency Assessments for Senior Managers within the City of Johannesburg for a period of three (3) years. This invitation targets service providers with capabilities in advertising, recruitment (head-hunting), response handling and psychometric/competency assessments, including mandatory registrations and certifications (e.g., CIDB, B-BBEE, SARS tax clearance).

Requirements

• Eligibility: not in the service of the state; comply with relevant laws and bidding rules.
• Registrations/certifications: Tax clearance or PIN (SARS), CSD registration, CIDB number, B-BBEE status (certificate or sworn affidavit for EMEs/QSEs).
• Documentation: complete MBD1 (Parts A and B) and MBD4, MBD8, MBD9; declarations of interest, municipal accounts, and related returnable documents; JV/consortium/subcontracting Certificates if applicable.
• Compliance and governance: POPIA consent; prohibition of price manipulation; compliance with GCC/SCC as applicable; potential for multiple award recipients.
• Financial/vetting: City may verify financial stability, references, and other due diligence; provide necessary tax and company information for verification.
• Contractual: successful bidder to furnish performance security within 30 days of award; adhere to general and special contract terms.
