Appointment of a panel of vegetation management service providers to render Vegetation Management services in the Northern Cape Operating Unit of the GEMMA Cluster for a period of three years on an 'as and when required' basis. Bidder should be able to perform bush clearing, herbicide application and grass cutting on Eskom infrastructure, with high-risk OHS compliance and ISO 9001-aligned QA systems; the procurement uses an NEC3/TSC3 framework and Eskom e-tendering.

Requirements

• OHS compliance to Eskom's high-risk Vegetation Management specification (OHS Specification for Vegetation Management NCOU 2025).
• Supplier Quality Management: ISO 9001-based QMS and related documentation (240-105658000).
• SDL&I/BBEE requirements and local content documentation (SDL&I Template 240-6860265).
• CIDB registration and completion of mandatory tender returnables (SBD 1, SBD 6.1, SBD 6.2, SBD 4) and Pricing Schedule/BOQ.
• Compliance with Eskom Standard Conditions of Tender and NEC3/TSC3 contract framework.
