Appointment of a Panel of Service Providers to Render Compliance, Governance, and Assurance Services on an As-and-When-Required Basis for a Five-Year Period. ATNS seeks suitably qualified providers in compliance, governance, risk and assurance to join a panel for on-demand work over five years.

• Target bidders: firms with demonstrated experience in regulatory compliance, governance, risk management, internal controls, and assurance activities; able to operate on an as-and-when basis; SAQA/NQF-aligned qualifications and SABBEE credentials are advantageous.

Requirements

• Minimum three contactable reference letters for compliance, risk and governance work in the last five years (Volume 1A.docx).
• Two project leads with at least eight years’ relevant experience; CVs showing link to scope (Volume 1A.docx).
• Two project leads with NQF level 7 qualifications in Compliance, Risk or Governance; SAQA/QCTO accredited (Volume 1A.docx).
• SAQA-recognized professional designations for leads (CProf SA or CPrac SA or equivalent) (Volume 1A.docx).
• SARS Tax Compliance Status PIN valid for full bid validity (Volume 1A.docx).
• CSD registration and related documents; CIPC, shareholder certificates, ID copies; B-BBEE certificate or sworn affidavit for EMEs/QSEs; pricing in SBD 3.3; SBD 6.1 for preferences (Volume 1A.docx).
