Appointment of a panel of service providers to supply and deliver reagents and consumables for the discrete analyser (Gallery Plus) to the Gert Sibande Water Quality Laboratory for the period of 36 months. Requirements

• Evidence of tax/compliance: SARS PIN or Tax Compliance Status; CSD number if no TCS; returnable forms as applicable.
• COA and standards: Certificate of Analysis traceable to NIST/SRM per SANAS ISO 17025/2017 and ISO 17034; COA provided with reagents on delivery.
• Experience: submit at least three previous appointment letters/purchase orders for supplying laboratory chemicals in the past five years.
• Registrations: registered on Central Supplier Database (CSD); BBBEE certificate or sworn affidavit; exclude state employees.
• Documentation: complete and sign all required returnable documents (MBD1 and Forms A–L); company profile; contract form (MBD7) if awarded.
• Sub-contractors/foreign vendors: complete related questions; ensure tax and compliance disclosures.
• Evaluation: 80/20 price vs preference points; 90-day bid validity; functional evaluation not applicable.
• Delivery: timely delivery per contract; COA provided during delivery.
