Overview

Procurement of a panel of service providers to support ATNS with compliance-related guidance, oversight, and advisory services for two years on an “as and when required” basis. Suitable bidders are firms/consultants in Governance, Risk and Compliance (GRC) offering regulatory, policy, training, investigations, and assurance services; with demonstrated capability to embed combined assurance and risk management into a large public-sector–aligned organisation.

Requirements

• Minimum three contactable reference letters for compliance, risk and governance work in the last seven years.
• Detailed CVs for two project leads (each with at least 8 years in compliance risk management).
• Certified copies of qualifications at NQF level 7 in Compliance, Risk and Governance for the two leads (SAQA/QCTO accredited).
• SAQA-recognised professional designation titles for the two leads (e.g., CProf, CPrac or equivalent).
• SARS Tax Compliance Status (PIN) valid for 60 days from submission; CSD registration proof or application.
• CIPC documents, shareholder certificates, and ID copies for all shareholders where applicable; valid B-BBEE certificate or sworn affidavit (EMEs/QSEs).
• Completion of required bid documents: SBD 3.3 Pricing Schedule, SBD 6.1 Preference Points Form; CSD report; CIPC documents; shareholder IDs; etc.
• Evidence to support ATNS-specific goals (51% black-owned; 30% black-woman owned) via CSD, CIPC, shareholder certificates, and IDs.
