Requirements

• Proof of Central Supplier Database (CSD) registration; or JV agreement if applicable.
• Municipal rates/taxes statements for all Directors and for the company (not older than 3 months) or approved alternatives; address must align with CSD.
• Three years audited annual financial statements (or independent reviewer if not required by law).
• Valid legal practitioner status: Letter of Good Standing from Legal Practice Council and Fidelity Fund Certificate (where applicable); confirmation that an attorney is enrolled to practise in the jurisdiction.
• Soft copy of the entire tender document on USB (compulsory).
• Tax compliance: SARS PIN/TCS; pre-award questionnaire for foreign bidders; separate TCS/Pin for each consortium member.
• Bidders must comply with GCC; no bids from persons in the state service; MBD declarations to be completed (MBD4, MBD5, MBD6.1).
