Overview

APPOINTMENT OF A PANEL OF STATIONERY SERVICE PROVIDERS FOR A PERIOD OF 36 MONTHS to supply and deliver stationery and related consumables to the CETA Gauteng office as needed over 36 months. Bidders should have proven stationery supply and logistics capability, stock management, and compliance with South African public procurement requirements (e.g., CSD, SARS tax status, BBBEE).

Requirements

• Register on National Treasury Central Supplier Database (CSD) and provide proof; bid must be tax compliant on award.
• Provide SARS Tax Compliance Status (TCS) PIN or CSD number; separate TCS/CSD for JV members if applicable.
• BBBEE: provide SANAS-verification certificate or sworn affidavit; specify BBBEE level; complete SBD 6.1 with supporting evidence.
• Documents: complete and sign SBD 1, SBD 4, SBD 6.1, SBD 7.1 and GCC.
• If a JV/consortium: attach JV agreement, CSD reports for all members, signed SBD4 for all members, and BBBEE certificate for the JV.
• Subcontracting rules: do not subcontract more than 25% to non-qualifying entities unless the sub-contractor is an eligible EME.
• POPI/data privacy compliance.
• Stock management and delivery capabilities: maintain stock, deliver 5–10 working days after order; replacements for defective items within 48 hours.

• Submission deadline: 23 July 2026, 11:00. Submissions must be hand-delivered to CETA Head Office, 52 14th Road, Noordwyk, Midrand; sign the tender register (courier to note bidder name on register).
• Submission format: one original hard copy and one unlocked USB with all documents; bound pack.
• Bid documents to submit (per TOR): SBD 1, SBD 4, SBD 6.1, SBD 7.1, GCC, plus bank letter, CSD proof, reference letters, and BBBEE documentation (see TOR for complete checklists).
