Overview

PPECB invites a panel of at least 3 suppliers to provide Ad Hoc Forensic Investigation Services, on a 36-month term with a 24-month renewal option, priced on an hourly rate. The procurement is for independent forensic investigations as needed, with a two-stage bid process and both physical and electronic submission options. Closing is 24 July 2026; submissions must be delivered to PPECB Head Office or stored via Microsoft OneDrive (see Invitation to Tender).

Requirements

• Valid membership in one or more listed professional bodies (ACFE/ICFP, CISA, CISSP/CHFI/GCFA, ACDA, SAICA, ACCA, IIA, IRBA, SAIPA) with proof not older than 6 months.
• Lead Partner/Director must confirm 5+ years in public-sector forensic investigations and related fields.
• Register on the Central Supplier Database and include the Master Registration Number (Supplier MAAA Number) in SBD1.
• Provide mandatory bid documents: SBD1, SBD4, SBD6.1, valid B-BBEE certificate (or consolidated B-BBEE for JV/consortium), Tax Compliance Pin, Non-Disclosure Agreement, etc.
• If applicable, submit Joint Venture/Consortium/Partnership documentation with lead partner details and guarantees.
