Overview

Procurement of a panel of three service providers to supply, deliver and off-load groceries and toiletries for social relief during disaster incidents, for a period of three years as and when the need arises. Bidders should be capable of supplying groceries and toiletries with delivery/off-loading capacity and must be registered on the National Treasury Central Supplier Database (CSD).

Requirements

• Must be registered on the National Treasury Central Supplier Database (CSD).
• Fully completed bid documents clearly marked with “BID NO 37-2025/2026”.
• Submit in a sealed envelope to the TENDER BOX, Ground floor, Mogalakwena Local Municipality, 54 Retief Street, Mokopane, 0601 by 29 June 2026 at 12:00; late submissions are not considered.
• Bid documents are downloadable for free from the municipality website or the e-Tender Portal (see attached document: TENDER ADVERT FOR SUPPLY, DELIVERY AND OFF-LOADING OF GROCERIES AND TOILETRIES FOR SOCIAL RELIEF.pdf).
• Compliance with PPPFA 2022 (80/20) and Mogalakwena SCM policy, and applicable legislation.
• The municipality may accept all, some, or none of the bids.
