APPOINTMENT OF A PANEL OF TRAINING PROVIDERS TO DELIVER TRAINING PROGRAMMES AND LEANERSHIPS TO PSiRA STAFF FOR A PERIOD OF 60 MONTHS.

Overview

Appointment of a panel of training providers to deliver training programmes and learnerships to PSiRA staff for a period of 60 months. Eligible bidders are training providers or higher education institutions accredited with SETA, QCTO, DHET or SAQA and able to deliver training and learnerships to PSira staff over five years. Consider bidding if you are an accredited training provider with capacity to sustain programmes and manage learnerships in the security regulation context.

Requirements

• Accredited with SETA/QCTO/DHET/SAQA; provide valid accreditation documentation.
• Attend the compulsory briefing session (16 November 2026) and submit compulsory returnable schedules; sign Terms of Reference and GCC as part of the bid.
• Complete and submit SBD forms: SBD1, SBD4, SBD6.1; comply with GCC and Terms of Reference.
• Ensure tax compliance: provide SARS PIN or Tax Compliance Status (TCS) certificate; if part of a consortium, each party must have their own TCS/CSD; if not, provide CSD number.
• Bid must be deposited in PSiRA Head Office tender box before the closing time; clearly marked with reference PSira/2026/27/RFB/07.
• Price and specific-goals evaluation: claim 80/20 preference (or 90/10 if applicable) and provide evidence for specific goals (e.g., 100% Black ownership, women ownership, EMEs, people with disabilities).
• Performance security and contract terms apply after award (within 30 days), with a 120-day bid validity.
