APPOINTMENT OF A PROFESSIONAL EDITOR TO PROVIDE EDITORIAL AND PROOFREADING SERVICES FOR THE DRAFT REHABILITATION MANAGEMENT GUIDELINE FOR WATER RESOURCES IN THE DEMAND MANAGEMENT PLAN OF THE DIRECTORA

Overview

Open Tender to appoint a professional editor to provide editorial and proofreading services for the draft Rehabilitation Management Guideline for Water Resources in the Demand Management Plan of the Directorate: Source-Directed Studies. Bidders should be professional editors, proofreaders or publishing houses with SA tax compliance (PIN), CSD registration or number, BBBEE status or sworn affidavit, and relevant company documentation; prior experience with government technical documentation is preferred. Submissions are via an online e-Tenders portal.

Requirements

• Tax compliance: SARS PIN/TCS; where applicable, submit PIN or TCS certificate (and CSD number if no TCS).
• Central Supplier Database (CSD) registration or number; CSD report where required.
• BBBEE certificate or sworn affidavit (EME/QSE specifics apply).
• Copies of CIPC certificate and board/resolutions for companies/joint ventures.
• Complete, signed SBD forms: SBD 1, SBD 3.1/3.3, SBD 4, SBD 6.1; Pricing Schedule; and any annexures.
• Full CSD Report for specific goals verification (women, disability, youth, location) as applicable.
• Compliance with GCC and PFMA conditions as stated (and any other contract conditions).
