Overview

Tender for specialist electrical engineering services to compile a detailed Electricity and ICT Scheme Report for the MMSEZ North Site. Requirements

• Lead engineer: Electrical Engineer (Pr Eng) registered with ECSA; minimum 15 years post-qualification experience in Bulk Electrical (Heavy Current) and ownership/control by ECSA-registered professionals >51%.
• Team: minimum three additional technically qualified professionals (Pr Eng/Pr Tech Eng) with HV experience and Bulk ICT credentials; project organogram with CVs and IDs.
• Evidence: proof of ECSA registration for all principal professionals; proof of CSD registration; SARS Tax Compliance status or PIN; VAT if applicable.
• Insurance: Professional Indemnity insurance at least twice the contract value.
• Compliance: adherence to CIDB Standard Conditions of Tender; all returnable documents completed (SBD forms, Forms MMSEZ-01/02/04–09/10, etc.).
• Experience: documented past projects in Bulk Electrical and ICT infrastructures; demonstrated capability to meet deliverables.
• Clarification meeting attendance (mandatory) and access to offices as required.
