Appointment of a Professional Service Provider for the Provision of New Sanitation Facilities and Water Within the Limpopo Province (Cluster 1)

Overview

Appointment of a Professional Service Provider to design, procure and supervise the provision of new sanitation facilities and water infrastructure in Limpopo Province (Cluster 1; and per Addendum, Cluster 8). Open to PSPs with the requisite qualifications, experience and resources to deliver sanitation and water works, and to meet DBSA procurement rules, SBDs, CIDB/BBEE requirements. The assignment is governed by a CIDB Standard Professional Services contract (Scope of Work) and requires CIDB registration and BBBEE compliance where applicable. The scope involves civil/engineering design, management and supervision of sanitation and water works for Cluster 1 (and Cluster 8).

Requirements

• Requisite professional qualifications, experience and resources to deliver sanitation and water works.
• Compliance with DBSA procurement rules, SBDs, CIDB/BBEE requirements.
• Completion of compulsory annexures (A–L, including CVs, Tax, SBDs, BBBEE, PCDG/CSDG, references, financial statements) and CIDB contract documents (Annexure M).
• CIDB Professional Services Contract (Edition 3) and Scope of Work; CIPC company registration documents if applicable.
• BBBEE and tax clearance compliance; disclosure of past supply chain practices; independent bid determination.
