Overview

Procurement of a Professional Service Provider to plan, design, monitor and complete Nobantu Primary School project in the Eastern Cape, per FIDPM stages 2–7. Bidders must be professional service providers with relevant qualifications, registrations and be on the Central Supplier Database (CSD); provide BBBEE documentation, maintain professional indemnity insurance, and submit the required professional registrations and supporting documents (as per RFP130/2026 Nobantu Primary School.pdf).

Requirements

• Valid CSD registration and good standing
• BBBEE certificate or affidavit
• Professional Indemnity Insurance of at least R5,000,000 with coverage for all disciplines
• CVs and proof of registration with a recognized professional body for key personnel
• Evidence of timely provision of required registrations and supporting documents; CIDB alternative per contract contents
• Copies of CIPC registration documents and latest share certificates as applicable
• Compliance with the CIDB Standard Professional Services Contract and scope of work (Annexure M)
