Overview

The DBSA seeks a Professional Service Provider to plan, design, monitor and complete the Myolwa PS project in the Eastern Cape (FIDPM Stages 2–7). This is a professional services tender for architectural/engineering and project-management capabilities to deliver planning, design, monitoring and completion services.

Requirements

• CSD registration (National Treasury Central Supplier Database)
• SARS tax pin and tax clearance
• BBBEE documentation
• Professional indemnity insurance of R5 000 000
• Professional registration; lead entity details if a consortium
• All documents on prescribed forms; CIDB contract documentation as applicable
• Validity period: 90 days
