Overview

DBSA invites bids from professional service providers to plan, design, monitor and complete [FIDPM stages 2–7] Manzana PS in the Eastern Cape. This is a professional services RFP for planning, architectural/engineering design, project management and related services, with prerequisites including DBSA CIDB and SACPCMP registrations, professional indemnity insurance, B-BBEE compliance, SARS tax clearance and CSD registration.

Requirements

• Professional registration with relevant bodies (e.g., SACPCMP/CIDB where applicable)
• CIDB Grade and registration; demonstrated capability for planning, design, monitoring and completion of school projects
• Professional Indemnity insurance (R5,000,000+ with multiple claims coverage)
• SARS tax clearance and CSDB registration; B-BBEE compliance
• CVs and proof of registration for required professionals; adherence to CIDB/Annex M contract terms; experience on education/infrastructure projects (FIDPM stages 2–7)
• Health, safety and environmental compliance commitments per the DBSA baseline specifications (SHEQ Annexures)
