Overview

Appointment of a Professional Service Provider to develop, review and update a real-time decision support system for the Lower Orange River System in the Central Planning Area, for a period of 36 months. Open to bidders who meet generally applicable procurement and PSP requirements of the Department of Water and Sanitation.

Requirements

• Demonstrable experience in developing or updating real-time decision support or similar ICT systems for water resources.
• Capacity to deliver under a 36-month PSP engagement and comply with the department’s PSP requirements.
• Compliance with general procurement requirements; ability to submit bid responses electronically as specified in the invitation.
