Appointment of a Professional Service Provider (PSP) to provide Programme Coordination Services for the MzansiXchange Pilot Project at National Treasury Cities Support Programme. Requirements

• Qualifications aligned to programme coordination (Public Administration/Project Management/Economics/ICT) with a proven track record in digital transformation, interoperability and data governance.
• CV detailing relevant experience and client references; demonstrated ability to lead multi-department/donor engagement.
• Availability of the proposed resource (signed consent).
• Compliance with a two-folder submission (Folder 1 Technical; Folder 2 Pricing), plus mandatory returnable documents, CSD and tax clearance (SARS PIN), BBBEE, and conflict-of-interest disclosures.
