Appointment of a Professional Service Provider to provide technical support on the Public Transport Bus Devolution Project under National Treasury CSP. Bidders with transport planning, project management, engineering, or public-sector advisory capabilities (preferably with CSP/transport devolution experience) and the ability to operate in the public sector, including requisite registrations and BBBEE considerations, should bid.

Requirements

• Two-folder electronic submission: Folder 1 Technical Proposal, Folder 2 Price; clearly labeled.
• Attendance at the compulsory briefing session and completion of required declarations; adherence to standard tender conditions and response times.
• Provide National Treasury Central Supplier Database (CSD) registration, Tax PIN, BBBEE certificate, and VAT numbers for each consortium member; lead entity for consortia.
• Complete and submit Annexures A–U as specified; maintain 120-day bid validity.
