• Pricing and eligibility: PPPFA 90/10 weighting (Price 90 points, BBBEE 5 points, Locality 5 points).

How to Apply

• Pay the non-refundable bid fee of R500 (cash or EFT to Enoch Mgijima Local Municipality).
• Prepare and submit your bid in a sealed envelope, labeled with the Bid number and Project Name, to the Budget and Treasury bid box by 12:00 on 25 September 2026 (bids opened publicly).
• Attend the mandatory briefing session on 2 September 2026 at 10:00 at 20 Brewery Lane, Komani; arrival cutoff 10:15.
