APPOINTMENT OF A PROFESSIONAL SERVICE PROVIDER TO CONDUCT LAND SURVEYING, VERIFICATION AND INSTALLATION OF I-BEAMS FOR THE DISTRICT OFFICE LAND (ONCE-OFF). Sekhukhune District Municipality invites qualified land surveying/cadastral consultants to verify the surveyed land portion, install I-beams, and provide coordinates for district office land at Jane Furse. Bid should be submitted by professional land surveyors or cadastral consultants with SA Geomatics Council registration, CIDB registration, and the capacity for project management and community facilitation.

Requirements

• Qualified professional land surveyor registered with SA Geomatics Council; multi-disciplinary team including project management and community facilitation.
• Demonstrated land surveying/cadastral experience; ability to install I-beams and provide a full coordinate schedule and SG diagrams.
• CIDB registration (evidence required); company profile and relevant appointment letters/completion certificates.
• Tax/compliance: valid tax clearance or SARS PIN; where applicable, CSD registration (or PIN) and, for foreign bidders, Part B questionnaire.
• Returnable documents: MBD1, MBD4, MBD5 (where applicable for >R10m), MBD6.1, MBD7.2, MBD8, MBD9, Schedule 1A, Schedule 1B, Pricing Schedule, and HDI/locality proof if claiming specific goals.
• Project scope/timeframe: approximately 2 months; clear milestones, with penalties for delays, and 5% retention.
