Overview

Appointment of a Professional Service Provider to design, implement and maintain a cloud-based Business Intelligence & Data Analytics tool for a period of two years. The DBSA seeks an SA-based service provider with expertise in BI, data integration, cloud analytics, Power Platform integration, data governance and security; consortia are allowed with a lead entity. The engagement covers design, migration from on-prem, ETL automation, dashboard development, ongoing support and capacity building.

Requirements

• SA bidders must be registered on CSD and provide Tax Compliance PIN/TCS; BBBEE status certificate or sworn affidavit.
• Consortia allowed with a lead entity; mandatory two-folder bid; compulsory briefing.
• Must integrate with Microsoft Power Platform (Power BI, Power Pages, Power Apps) with MFA/Azure AD, data encryption, POPIA compliance, and data governance; data remains within geographic boundaries where applicable.
• Evidence of SA BI/analytics project experience; team CVs (at least 3) and a project manager CV; references and pre-qualifying criteria as specified.
• Submit on official forms; two-folder submission; Onedrive electronic submission; Clarifications by email; pricing via Annexure A1 (see ANNEXURE A1:PRICING SCHEDULE.pdf).
• Bid validity, procurement rules and due-diligence as per RFP; strict adherence to timelines.
