Overview

Procurement of a multidisciplinary professional service provider to undertake a bankable feasibility study for the Limpopo Sport High Performance Centre. Target bidders are PSPs in built environment disciplines (engineering, architecture, QS, safety, etc.) with CIDB eligibility and registered professionals. Compulsory briefing: 20 Aug 2026, 11:00 at IDT, Polokwane. Closing: 09 Sep 2026 (12:00) per the bid documents. Electronic submission accepted; but bids are in a single envelope with an original hard copy and a USB copy (see attached Bid Documents).

Requirements

• Professional registrations in relevant disciplines (per the disciplinary table; ECSA, SACAP, SACQSP, SACNASP, etc.) and at least one director actively registered.
• CIDB Build environment eligibility; CSD registration; COIDA or FEMA; tax clearance; certified IDs; proof of address; PI insurance min R5 million.
• Complete SBD forms (SBD 1, 4, 6.1) and record addenda if applicable.
• Experience in feasibility studies; provide project experience letters and client completion certificates.
• Compliance with the panel or open-tender rights and confidentiality/conflict-of-interest policies.
