Overview

Open-tender for appointment of a Professional Service Provider to refurbish Bersig Wastewater Treatment Works (WWTW) in Nama Khoi Local Municipality, Northern Cape, under NEC3 Engineering – Professional Service Contract (Option A). Requirements

• Professional Indemnity Insurance: at least R2 million.
• Mandatory attendance at the compulsory virtual briefing session.
• Compliance documentation: SBD 1, SBD 4, SBD 6.1; CSD report; proof of ECSA registration for required resources; CVs; Schedule of completed projects; JV agreements if applicable.
• Tax/registration prerequisites: full Tax Compliance Status (SARS PIN) or CSD registration; no listed defaulters; signatory authority documented.
