Overview

Procurement of the supply and installation of silver reflective window film to designated glazing panels at the new WRC building. Bidders should be experienced glazing/window-film contractors, able to supply UV-protective film with ~30% heat reduction, deliver a full installation with warranty, and meet safety, insurance, tax, and BBBEE requirements. Requirements

• COIDA compliance certificate; public liability insurance; goods-in-transit insurance where applicable.
• SARS tax clearance or Tax Compliance Status PIN; if part of a consortium, each party must have its own. CSD number if no TCS.
• Two reference letters for similar glazing/window-film projects (not appointment letters).
• Detailed project execution plan with lead time, installation programme, manpower, sequencing, and completion period.
• Fully completed SBD forms (SBD1, SBD4, SBD6.1) and BBBEE documentation (certificate or sworn affidavit as applicable).
• Attend compulsory site briefing; site verification of quantities/dimensions prior to pricing.
• Submit product samples/data sheets showing UV protection, ~30% heat reduction, finish, and warranty prior to full installation.
• Compliance with safety, building regulations, and warranty requirements; final installation subject to client inspection.
• Pricing must include all costs (delivery, installation, labour, materials, safety, cleaning, warranties).

• Submission method: email bid response to the address above; include completed SBD forms, tax, BBBEE, CSD/SARS documents, references, and project plan (RFQ document).
